They don't have rock star parents or go to wild parties and they cut their own hair!
LectroLips are Ant and Leo; a couple of geeks who love making music.
Leo grew up in Cornwall. He learned to be a classical pianist, but wanted to sing Carpenters songs. He did some gigs in hotel lounges and went on tour with a theatre company.
Ant grew up in Berkshire. He wanted to act, but was too shy in front of people. He liked to dress up in a shirt and smart trousers to play on the streets, write poetry and dance in front of the mirror to Madonna records.
In 2009 they started making music together as LectroLips. Ant does the words; Leo does the music.
They put their demos on Myspace and pretty soon people started talking about them on blogs. Here's what a few said:

To date LectroLips' songs have been downloaded for free in excess of 20,00 times and have been considered for use in TV commercial campaigns
'Supersize The Synthesizer' spent 9 weeks on the tourdates.co.uk unsigned top 40 chart, peaking at #6
LectroLips are winners of BBC Radio Berkshire's 'The Session Introducing' demo panel with 'Superstar (What's Your Name)'
Ant & Leo are interested in writing and collaborating with other artists.
